I'm Imogen, founder of Evergreen Bridal Studio.

I launched the studio as a bride-to be myself, frustrated at the lack of options for finding my dress on the island. I wanted a special experience with my closest ones in an environment that did justice to the event of finding my wedding dress.

I found searching for a wedding dress a bit overwhelming and that was before I saw the price tags of the dresses. Lots of Guernsey brides previously flew t0 the UK or Jersey in the quest for more choice, which of course adds to the cost of the dress, the wedding and the environmental impact of the wedding itself. Of course, there are many sites selling pre-loved or brand dresses but ordering these without the freedom of being able to ty them and return them makes it a risky.

I wanted to make it easy and enjoyable for Guernsey brides to find a modern dress at an affordable price in a more sustainable way and I’m happy to be able to offer that special studio experience, with sensible price tags.

Sustainable and affordable dresses

Sustainable doesn’t mean second hand. The majority of the dresses in the edit are unworn with tags from over-orders, discontinued dresses or ex-bridal studio stock. Evergreen is an official stockist for leading designers for discontinued and ex-sample styles. This means we can offer much more affordable prices without compromising on quality and experience.
